Dave Johnson (International Pacific Securities) is a geologist who lost his way into merchant banking. The talk will cover various aspects of capital raising including information requirements, purposes of raisings as well as legal and regulatory issues. Dave will refer to a number of capital raisings he has had involvement in, and is keen to pass on the basic issues and concepts to those at the exploration end of business.
